The Twelve Nights of Christmas

A few days away from Christmas. Evie, evicted from her home, falls asleep in a suite at the hotel she works at as a cleaner. Her boss told her she could use the room as a special treat. At dawn, she awakes to the feeling of sweet lips, and sees an extremely sexy man before her eyes. Just then, a camera flash goes off, and a paparazzo runs away. What just happened? When she takes a good look at the still-upset man, he turns out to be the hotel's owner, Rio. He is worried about the trap, and asks several things of Evie. Then he declares, “I will announce my engagement to you.”

The heroine is used as a pawn when her manager gives her a room to rest in but she has no idea that he's rented out that room to his sister's ex-husband and stationed a photographer who is take a picture of the hero and heroine together then use it to their advantage in keeping the child that they have no problem not caring or rearing but will sponge as much money as possible through her. It's bad enough, the heroine is used like she was with her fiancee who ditched her for another money, leaving her to cancel and pay for everything then get kicked out of her apartment. After some explanations and a few spouts of anger from both sides, the hero comes up with the plan to have the heroine marry him as a way to dissuade the paparazzi and keep his stand in the custody battle. Now, the hero is a real scrooge who can't even stand the sight of a christmas tree in his suite, he finds the holidays to be stupid, and more. Since, the hero is Scrooge then that makes the heroine the ghost of Christmas present because she brings the positive and joyful feelings that go along with Christmas like having a good attitude of alcohol spilling and singing Christmas carols at a snazzy party. She brings a joyful tune to everyone, even the hero. Then he reveals that he already had the photos the first day but wanted to use her to get a stronger grip in the battle fight. The heroine does shut him out for the whole night but she wakes him up the next morning to take him Christmas shopping for his little girl. The heroine's kindness and positive attitude help the hero actually buy a gift for the heroine for Christmas and open up to her that on Christmas day, his mother committed suicide and it's why he hasn't been able to do Christmas at all. They separate, so the hero can go to the final hearing of the custody battle and the heroine can go see her grandfather at the retirement home since she missed seeing him on Christmas. However, the hero sends a Christmas tree to the retirement home and goes after the heroine to ask her to marry him for real because she gave him love and she accepts his proposal. The next year has ll the family (hero, heroine, grandpa now a great-grandpa to the hero's little girl, and a newborn baby girl). The heroine has a loving relationship with the hero's daughter who calls her mom. The hero comes in ready to enjoy his best second Christmas. It's a very touching scene in my opinion.
