The hero comes to help the heroine when she's about to marry a real jerk who also happens to be the father of her baby. It only takes a wave of the dollar bill to send the greedy man on his way and the heroine without a groom. The heroine is in a real pickle and the hero realizes how bad when she tells him about her little bundle of joy. So, he decides to offer himself up as her groom and the father of her baby in order to keep her family's image from being shredded by high society sharks. For the hero, it's a debt to repay for all the kindness they showed him when he was a child on the streets. he's able to convince the heroine to accept his proposal for the baby then gets them married that day. Afterwards, the two of them go to a villa and make a slow progress in bonding with each other. I did like that we get to see the hero's thoughts and that he is attracted to the heroine but has held back because he didn't want to ruin the special relationship he had with the heroine's older brother. Unfortunately, the brother comes barging in, gives the hero a right hook punch and won't listen a word. They head back home where they are received with warm welcomes from everyone (eldest brother excluded) on their marriage. Things start to progress well but there are barriers between the hero and heroine like the impending divorce when the baby is born. When the due date is fast approaching, the heroine sees the hero and er mother holding pictures of her ex with other women from a time when they were dating. She starts shouting and all the heated angry causes her to go into labor and give birth a beautiful baby girl. I found the scene where the hero first holds the baby to be very sweet and touching. When the heroine sees everything, she becomes afraid and comes clean to her mother about the truth. The mother confesses she knew along but didn't say anything because of how much the hero loves the heroine but is afraid to open up. The eldest brother does the same with with the hero and our main couple go to each other and confess their love. It was a really sweet ending and I really liked it.
