SINGLE FATHER, SURPRISE PRINCE!

Could this regular Joe be Kelly’s prince?

When Kelly, an employee at a media company, comes across Joe Tanner, she knows he’s the man she saw in a magazine—there could be no mistake. This blue-eyed man was the son of the king of Ambria—a prince! Joe notices Kelly following him, and after a chat, Kelly discovers Joe has no childhood memories. And he’s on his way to the airport to meet his child for the first time, and his babysitter has run off…and now Joe wants Kelly’s help!

The heroine has been searching for a long-lost prince since the coup of their country by the current tyrants. She finds him but he denies being a prince and demands she stay away from him. The hero is dealing with some heavy personal issues as of late what with the death of his beloved wife and just winning custody of his little girl from his mother-in-law. In fact, the little girl becomes the heroine’s ticket into the hero’s house when she rejects the hero’s touch. It’s probably thanks to the grandmother repeating that the hero is a bad man or something. She becomes the bridge between the hero and his little girl. She helps the hero cast away his doubts of being unqualified to raise his daughter and more. The heroine talks about the history of their homeland and why she’s been looking for him. The hero still doesn’t remember nor believe he’s one of the princes. In a week, the hero is able to tell his little girl about why he blames himself for her mother’s death. They met when he was a soldier on duty and got married. Then he was suddenly dispatched to another country and by the time he got back, their village had been raided. He looked for her and when they were finally reunited, she was shot. It’s an emotional story for the hero to speak but his feelings reach his daughter who willingly touches him for the first time. On the last night before she leaves, the heroine sings a homeland lullaby. The hero overhears and his repressed memories surface. He remembers who he is and after the heroine is told, she just leaves all because she’s the commoner. They’re reunited right at a funeral when he makes his presence known. He asks the heroine to marry him because he loves her and she says yes.
