A pretty mellow romance with how it went and all. I mean the hero and heroine met and were so entranced with each other that they had a one night stand where the heroine leaves the next morning intending to be done. Only she finds out that she's pregnant and the hero is royalty. So, she's in a bit of a panic mode where the hero is in transition. Apparently, that night together saved him from going back to his hotel room where he would have been killed by the coup de tact ambush led by his beloved uncle. Now, after two months of dealing with it, the hero wants to find the heroine but he's still pretty raw about his feelings since he loved his uncle but uncle tries to kill him. Now, he finds the heroine who working for the big family company and working on the side of an adoption agency. His appearance throws her off because she's still contemplating what to do but her morning sickness alerts him to the pregnancy. Negotiations go from "marriage" to "NO" and ends with a "trial period" that works for the both of them. The heroine isn't big on the idea he called it a business contract but he plays dirty by announcing his intention to marry her in front of her family. Things get tense when the heroine's house get bugged and finds out how bad the coup de tact was. So, the heroine marries him on a platonic marriage way. The heroine learns of the hero's life being in a fishbowl. This helps them talk and bond more. Later on, the heroine is attacked by some drug addicts who are trying to get their baby back and it stirs some real fear in the hero of losing them both. Luckily both heroine and baby pull through with no permanent damage. Things move forward and on the day of their wedding, the hero and heroine have a heart to heart confession between the two and it ends happily.
