This is definitely a good read for all who like a strong hero and heroine. It gives depth to the characters from strengths to weaknesses. It shows the usual good that what you wish for doesn't always give you what you want. I loved how the heroine's weakness was her little sister. She was a small child who lost her mother in childbirth but her father was too busy building social and political bridges to take notice. So, she became the "mother" to the baby sister and tried to protect her. Yet, that protection led her to be spoiled and not really develop an opinion of what the sister wanted. The turn point with the hero was how he was in this three way relationship between the lord and his wife, who were using him to spite the other and he decided to use them to push himself in society. I loved the twist at the end but won't say what happened since it will spoil the fun. However, I'm in definite agreement with Sharmilly Silva, it's very good and worth either renting or buying.

Very good, I love the plot and all the twists from the characters and the end absolutely awesome. It left me waiting for more
